The Axiom of Reconstruction
"That which is broken can be rebuilt stronger."
Ohio Axiom was not founded in a boardroom. It was forged in the reality that true value is often hidden beneath the surface of neglect. We operate in the Rust Belt because we see what others miss: The I-75 corridor is not a graveyard of industry; it is a dormant engine.
Our thesis is simple: Value is not created; it is uncovered. We apply the discipline of a Red Team to the chaos of real estate. We probe for structural integrity, engineer out the liability, and force appreciation through execution. We believe that a distressed property is not a burden—it is a reservoir of trapped equity waiting for the right key to unlock it.
We are not just flipping houses. We are engaged in the systematic reconstruction of the Midwest, one asset at a time.
The Architect of Operation
"Resilience is not a choice. It is a requirement."
Born in 1994 and raised in the grit of Toledo, Ohio, I learned early that obstacles are simply engineering challenges in disguise. Navigating life as a permanent paraplegic has instilled in me a relentless drive to adapt. When the physical path is blocked, you build a new road.
I apply this exact philosophy to Ohio Axiom. Where others see a broken property or a shattered deal, I see a puzzle waiting to be solved. I am a dreamer who operates with an engineer’s mindset, constantly asking: 'How can this be better, and how can we all succeed together?'
Beyond the portfolio, my mission is the restoration of our community's spirit. As a vocal advocate for men’s mental health and a supporter of the sober living community, I operate on the belief that a rising tide must lift all ships. We are not just building equity in real estate; we are investing in the resilience of the people who call this city home.Ultimately, the purpose of Ohio Axiom is two-fold. It is built to secure a generational foundation for my own family, and to extend that stability to those who need it most. We are actively expanding our portfolio to create dignified housing opportunities for protected classes, with a specific focus on grassroots sober living and mental health recovery services. My goal is to establish a 'corridor of care' along I-75 and US-23—transforming physical properties into environments where recovery is possible and community is restored.
